They evolved in late '80s from the group SEX BEAT, a group that was from HERAKLION (a city of CRETA, Greek island) and had released some excellent demos.

In 1993 ELFISH records released their 1st record. At the same time they participate in many compilations and record their 2nd record titled "CITIZEN OF THE WORLD" which was finally released in November of 1999.

The special sound and lyrics of the band cannot be easily categorized. Elements of punk and hardcore with influences from dark scene of '80s, make up a distinctive sound, with the guitars playing a categistic roll up front and center. A strange but original sound experience.
